Labyrinth HFX: How it all started.

Halifax has long been known for its burgeoning electronic scene, and recently, the city has experienced a renaissance in electronic music events and promotions. Labyrinth was conceived to contribute to this forward momentum, focusing on curating nights centered around electronic music's melodic, dark, rhythmic and emotive sides. 

Founded by friends Maqām and Tāndāv, Labyrinth was born from their deep passion for electronic music. Over the years, their musical tastes have evolved, leading them to curate a diverse sound that fuses moody melodies and organic elements with techy percussion and Afro-infused rhythms. Labyrinth's vision is to highlight both local and international artists who explore various shades of house music, all sharing this unique sonic signature.
